Public Incubator Inc. (together with its affiliates hereby referred to as "Public Incubator") is primarily a digital platform that provides business startup advisory services. This Terms of Service (this "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Site and your access to and use of the information, content and services offered on the Site (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time. You are granted a Canadian, non‐exclusive, non‐transferable, non‐sub‐licensable, revocable, limited license to use the content of this site for informational purposes only and solely for your own personal or internal company use. A separate non-disclosure agreement must be signed with the advisors and mentors if you wish to maintain a high degree of confidentiality for your business. Otherwise, the advisors, mentors, and staff of Public Incubator will use the information in good faith without any legal binding. Do not share highly sensitive information, including intellectual properties, as Public Incubator cannot guarantee the confidentiality of the information. Note: Unless specifically noted otherwise, neither electronic systems nor email is secure information transmission methods. Therefore, we recommended that you do not send or store sensitive personal or business proprietary information electronically.

You hereby attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario and all courts competent to hear appeals therefrom.
